Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in heavy saucepan.
  2. Add evaporated milk, sugar, and coffee.
  3. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly until the temperature reaches 235 degrees on a candy thermometer.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add raspberry chips and bittersweet chocolate.
  6. Stir mixture until all ingredients have melted.
  7. Add marshmallow creme and stir until blended.
  8. Stir in vanilla.
  9. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13-inch pan.
  10. Cut into bite size pieces after fudge has cooled.
