Ingredients:

  1. 1. Cube pork tenderloin, add to bowl, season to taste with ground mustard, salt, parika, add soy sauce and hoisan sauce, stir, set aside. Cut yellow and red peppers into strips. Heat skillet on medium heat, cut bacon strips add to hot skillet. Cook until crisp, remove from pan. Add peppers to skillet, cook until soften. Add pork to pan with 1tbsp chicken broth. Stir and cook for approx 10min. Return bacon to skillet. Whisk 1tbsp cornstarch to 1c chicken broth, add to skillet with meat, stir in butter. Add black pepper(optional). Simmer for 15-20min. Serve over rice.
