Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Get you large mixing bowl and pour the boiling water in and then wheat bran.
  2. You want to stir it and allow the water to be absorbed.
  3. You going to want to get another bowl and start mixing in everything else but the milk and vinegar.
  4. Once everything is mixed together then mix in the bran that you hae with it.
  5. Mix the milk and vinegar together and let sit for about a minute, then complete by adding it ot the mixture.
  6. Stir until combined real well.
  7. Spray your muffin pan with a non stick spray and then pour muffins into it.
  8. Cook for about fifteen minutes or until done at 350 F.
