Here's My Heart Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, gradually add sugar, at med speed.
  2. Add flour and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Shape into ball, wrap in wax paper.
  4. Chill 2 hours.
  5. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thick on floured surface.
  6. Cut with 2 inch heart shaped cookie cutter.
  7. Bake at 300* for 25 minutes or until just turning brown at the edges.
  8. Cool on rack.
  9. Melt chocolate on low heat.
  10. Dip half of each cookie in chocolate.
  11. Sprinkle with nuts.
