Herb Roasted Pecan Chicken Salad With Sour Cream Mayonnaise Dres

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 1 tbsp spring onion
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Before roasting pecan, coat them with one egg white.
  2. Bake pecans at 250 for 20 minutes.
  3. Shred chicken.
  4. Chop fresh herbs.
  5. Combined ingredients.
  6. For dressing combined a 1/4 cup of sour cream with a 1/4 cup of mayonnaise then add 1/2 TBLS of lemon juice.
  7. Combined with the salad.
