Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Butter a 9-inch round pan.
  2. Mix butter and sugar together in a bowl. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Add flour and mix until consistent. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
