Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease a 20 x 30cm lamington pan. Line base with baking paper.
  2. Combine the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter in a medium bowl then press into prepared baking pan.
  3. Drizzle honey over the crumb mixture.
  4. Top with the chocolate pieces.
  5. Sprinkle the sultanas (or whatever you used).
  6. Then add coconut.
  7. Then the nuts.
  8. Pour over the condensed milk.
  9. Bake in a moderate oven-180C for approximately 30 minutes.
  10. Cool in pan. Cover, refrigerate until set, then cut into bars.
