Hearty Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute chopped onions in olive oil
  2. Add celery salt, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper
  3. Cook until onions are soft
  4. Add potatoes, corn, and bay leaf
  5. Add chicken stock
  6. Bring to boil, then simmer 25 mins or until potatoes are done
  7. Add 1 3/4 cup room temp milk
  8. Simmer a few more mins
  9. Blend in food processor to desired consistency
  10. Serve with crutons
