Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175oC.
  2. Combine milk, egg, olive oil, vanilla and banana, and blend in a mixing jug
  3. Place flour, sugar and all other remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl, combine. Mix in milk mixture.
  4. Pour mixture into a 12 hole greased muffin tray
  5. Bake for 20-25mins at 175 C
