Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour i used half spelt half wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ripe bannanas smashed
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup veg oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1tblsp molasses
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • optional; 1/2 cup coconut or nuts of your chioce

Directions:

  1. MIX WET AND ADD TO DRY, BAKE AT 350 IN LINED BAKING CUPS
