Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Combine potatoes, juice, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and mash.
  3. Spray casserole with cooking spray.
  4. Spread mixture, making a well in center.
  5. Arrange banana around edge of well.
  6. Spoon pineapple into well.
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  8. Bake 10-15 minutes.
  9. Place in broiler till fruit is browned.
