Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup potato flakes
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tbsp vital gluten (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients into pan in the order recommended by your ABM.
  2. Use settings for sweet bread or light crust if your machine has them.
