Ingredients:

  • 2 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Heat your skillet with oil. Grate your potatoes and dry them with a potatoe ricer or just paper towels.
  2. Add your potatoes into the skillet. Add salt and pepper for taste. And thats it.
