Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/4 galliano
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1-1/2 tbsp vodka
  • 1-1/2 tbsp galliano
  • 1-1/2 tbsp orange juice

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix cake mix, pudding and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and oil and mix.
  3. Add vodka, galliano and orange juice and mix until well blended.
  4. Pour into bundt cake pan.
  5. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
  6. Cool cake on rack.
  7. Glaze:
  8. In a saucepan, combine orange juice and confectioners' sugar and heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
  9. Remove from heat and add vodka and galliano.
  10. When cake is cooled, remove from pan and put on serving plate.
  11. Prick the top and sides of the cake.
  12. Cover cake with glaze and allow a few minutes for the glaze to soak in before serving.
