Moms Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup. water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • topping
  • 2/3 cup. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, oil, eggs, water and vanilla together
  2. Grease and flour 2 medium sized loaf pans
  3. Pour in 1/2 the cake mixture.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 the cinnamon mixture over top
  5. Pour and spread on the other half of cake mixture
  6. Top with remaining Cinnamon mixture.
  7. Bake 350* for 30-40 minutes.
