Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup galliano
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. galliano
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. vodka
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. orange juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 35o F. Mix altogether and beat for 5 minutes. Pour batter into really well greased 10 inch bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 45 - 55 minutes. Make sure its baked long enough (well browned) and standing away from edge of pan. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to plate. Pour on glaze while cake is still warm.
