Ingredients:

  • 1 (29 oz) can peach halves in syrup
  • 1 (29 oz) can pear halves in syrup
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 (6 oz) package orange flavor gelatin

Directions:

  1. Drain and cut into chunks pears and peaches, saving juice.
  2. To juice add cinnamon and cloves. simmer juice and spices for 30 minutes. Strain and use 1 3/4 cup jucie to dissolve gelatin. Add cold water according to package.
  3. Cool and fold in fruit.
  4. Add almonds.
  5. Pour into 9x13 pan and chill until set,.
