Ingredients:

  • 32 oz. pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground sage
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp sour cream

Directions:

  1. Whisk chicken stock to the pumpkin. Pour soup into a large saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Stir in cream, nutmeg, sage and salt. Mix well and remove from heat. Serve garnished with a dollop of sour cream
