  1. Fry or scramble the eggs.
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Slice the banana.
  4. Spread peanut butter on both slices of toast.
  5. Put eggs and banana on toast.
  6. Put ice and tonic in a glass, mix in orange juice if you prefer.
  7. Doctor up your coffee.
  8. Dig in, feel better.
