  4. Scrub, but do not peel potato.
  5. Slice in half, lengthwise, then slice each half into strips and place on baking sheet.
  6. Coat potatoes lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with any herbal seasoning.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.

  10. Grill or cook in skillet hamburger patty.
  11. Saute onions until tranparent.
