Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp tender quick
  • 2 1/2 tsp course ground pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

Directions:

  1. Mix everything in a bowl thoroughly.
  2. Put beef mixture in refrigerator.
  3. For the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd day, mix and cover.
  4. On 4th day make into 5, 3 inch rolls.
  5. Place on rack of a broiler pan put on lowest rack of oven.
  6. Bake at 150 degrees for 8 hours.
  7. Turn every 2 hours.
