Directions:

  1. Brown beef and onion in a large saucepan until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add potatoes, bouillon and water to cover.
  2. Cover saucepan, lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and water has completely evaportated.
