Ingredients:

  • 1 package - 2 layer size cake mix - any flavor of your choice
  • 1 package (250g) cream cheese - softened
  • 4 cups icing sugar
  • few drops each - green, red & yellow food coloring
  • 1 flat bottomed icecream cone

Directions:

  1. Grease & flour 12 cup fluted bundt pan
  2. Mix & bake cake mix according to instructions on pkg
  3. Cool in pan 10 mins
  4. Invert cake onto a wire rack to cool completely
  5. Meanwhile :- With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese & butter until well blended
  6. Gradually add icing sugar, beating well until blended
  7. Remove 1/2 cup frosting to a small bowl
  8. Add green food coloring a few drops at a time & mix well until the desired color is reached
  9. Spread 1/2 the green frosting onto the icecream cone & set aside
  10. Set aside the rest of the green frosting
  11. To the remaining white frosting add red & yellow food coloring until you have a nice orange color
  12. Spread onto cake to resemble a pumpkin
  13. Place the reserved green icing in a plastic bag, squeeze out the air, snip a tiny tip off one corner & pipe vertical lines up the cake & at intervals all around
  14. Invert the frosted icecream cone into the hole in the center of the cake to resemble a stem
