Grog Spicy and Sweet

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 1 lime , juice of
  • 1 tsp honey or 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 slice fresh ginger , thin slice
  • 1 small cinnamon stick

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan and heat gently to dissolve the honey.
  2. When hot, strain into a heatproof mug.
