Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. After cooking grits to directions on the package, add the salt, parsley, cheese, and butter. stir to mix well.
  2. While grits are cooking prepare shrimp sauce.
  3. Shrimp sauce:.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet and saute onions, bell peppers, tomato, and garlic for 4 minutes until the veggies are tender.
  5. Add cajun spice, chicken broth, worcestishire sauce,dry mustard, and pepper, and shrimp and cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
  6. Spoon grits on a plate or place in a bowl.
  7. Spoon the shrimp mixture on top of the grits and serve.
