Ingredients:

  1. Cut the tomatoes in half crosswise, season with Salt and Pepper and a
  2. Dash of granulated garlic. Heat the oil in a small frying pan over
  3. Medium heat.. Add the garlic, and cook until just starting to turn
  4. Golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour the garlic and oil into a heatproof
  5. Bowl.
  6. Oil the grill and set for high heat. Place the tomatoes cut side down
  7. And grill for 3 to 5 minutes. Turn over, top with the garlic oil
  8. Mixture and continue to cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from grill
  9. And top with thyme, salt and pepper, a dash of granulated garlic and
  10. The parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
