Grilled Portabello Mushrooms With Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wipe mushrooms with paper towel and remove stem
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together
  3. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps
  4. Sprinkle remaining cheddar on top
  5. Place on medium hot grill for 5 minutes
  6. Move to top rack or cooler part of grill for remaining cooking time until cheese is melted and mushrooms cooked through
