Grilled Portabello Mushrooms With Cheese

grilled mushrooms with creamy cheesy filling
Ingredients:
6 large portabello mushrooms
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonaise
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1/4 cup diced seeded tomatoes
handful chopped fresh herbs, whatever you like. i usually use basil or thyme
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
Directions:
1. wipe mushrooms with paper towel and remove stem
2. mix remaining ingredients together
3. spoon mixture into mushroom caps
4. sprinkle remaining cheddar on top
5. place on medium hot grill for 5 minutes
6. move to top rack or cooler part of grill for remaining cooking time until cheese is melted and mushrooms cooked through
