Grilled Dill Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • shake on some salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes and chop into bite size pieces (no need to peel)
  2. Boil potatoes for approximately 7 min. or until tender
  3. Chop herbs (use food processor if you have one, otherwise be sure to chop very finely)
  4. Drain water and pour potatoes into a gallon size zipper bag
  5. Add all ingredients and shake to stir
  6. Place potatoes in aluminum foil shiny side out and seal completely
  7. Grill for about 10 minutes
  8. Serve!
  9. Note: I added a few shakes of McCormick Grill Mate Mesquite flavor to these last time and it added a yummy flavor.
