Grilled Cheese for Garlic Lovers!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp margarine
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 slices american cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to broil.
  2. Spread butter on the slices of bread.
  3. Sprinkle garlic salt on the buttered bread slices.
  4. Places slices without a cookie sheet, in the oven, buttered side up.
  5. Check periodically after 2 minutes (these can burn easily), and when its toasted to your liking, flip the bread and place a slice of cheese on each slice of bread.
  6. Leave oven open so that you can see the cheese melt (this happens in a matter of seconds).
  7. Take out of oven, press two slices together and voila, garlicky grilled cheese! Enjoy with soup, or some pasta!
