Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of real mayonnaise
  • italian seasoning
  • lawyer's seasonign salt

Directions:

  1. Shuck corn and soak in water for 30 minutes. Set aside to dry so that water has stopped running out of it. Soaking will keep the inside of thw cob moist on the grill. If you don't they tend to fry out a little.
  2. On a plate put your parmesan cheese and italian seasoning and mix well.
  3. With the backside of a spoon apply mayonaise to the corn cobs and then roll them in the plate of parmesan cheese Italian seasoning mix.
  4. Place on the grill at medium heat. The mayonaise will melt and will not be seen. It acts to adhere the cheese to the corn cob and form a cheesey crust.
  5. Rotate the cob 45 degrees every so often until the entire cob is crusted.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
