Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Bake potatoes on middle rack until fork tender,about an hour
  3. Remove from oven let sit until cool enough to handle
  4. Bake 4 strips of bacon on a small sheet pan in oven about 15 minutes.
  5. Crumble bacon when it's cooled
  6. Preheat an indoor grill to medium heat.
  7. Cut potatoes in half,lengthwise,and spoon out the flesh,leaving a half inch shell.
  8. Melt the butter in a saucepan,add minced garlic.
  9. Brush potatoes with the butter and garlic mixture.
  10. Flip over and butter the bottoms
  11. Place potatoes on grill and cook until crispy,about 4 to 41/2 minutes on each side and remove from grill.
  12. Divide the cheese,barbecue sauce,and pulled pork among the potatoes.
  13. Top potato skins with sour cream,crumbled bacon,and the chives for garnish.
