Ingredients:

  • 3 lb fress green beans
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup fress parsley roots
  • 11/2 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp folur
  • 1 tbsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Clean beans and cut them at an angle into bit sized pieces.
  2. In med put the oil chopped onion,and vegetabels,salt cook for about
  3. 30-45 minutes on low heat.Then add flour,paprika mixed together
  4. Good add the water mixed again until smoot.Let it cook for 2 hours
  5. On low.When done add the sour cream mix and serve.
  6. Serve with white bread.
