Ingredients:

  • 500 g potatoes (cut into chips or circles)

Directions:

  1. Cook chips in deep fryer or pan with oil.
  2. Put cooked chips into large fry pan pour beaten eggs over top and cook on medium heat, lightly stirring until eggs are set.
