Turkey Oat Flour & Cornmeal

Ingredients:

  • 13 cups turkey broth
  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 3 oz. corn meal
  • 2 oz. turkey fat
  • 75 g carrots
  • 75 g celery
  • 2 tbsp basil, dried
  • 2 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce basque norte

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot.
  2. Use a wire whisk to whip out any lumps in the oat flour or cornmeal.
  3. Bring to boil, simmer till thick.
