Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
  2. Stir in granola, sugar, salt, eggs, oil and 3 cups of flour.
  3. Mix until smooth.
  4. Mix in enough remaining flour to make the dough easy to handle.
  5. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
  6. Place in a greased bowl; turn greased side up.
  7. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled.
  8. (about an hour).
  9. Grease 2- 9 round cake pans.
  10. Punch down dough and divide in half.
  11. Shape each half into a round flat loaf.
  12. Brush the top of the load with vegetable oil.
  13. Let rise until double again (about an hour).
  14. Heat your oven to 375 degrees.
  15. Bake until the tops of the loaves are deep brown- 30 to 35 minutes.
  16. Brush the top of the loaves with butter to keep them from getting dried out.
