Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F Grease a 9 *5 *3 pan, or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until combined.
  4. Stir in mashed ripe bananas and pecans.
  5. Combine flour and baking soda. Add this mixture 1/2 cup at a time, mixing just enough to combine.
  6. Add hot water.
  7. Pour in prepared pan, and bake for 55-60 minutes (test for doneness).
  8. Cook these as muffins for about 20-22 minutes.
