Grandma's Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Mix together filling ingredients and cook until thick.
  2. Pour into pre-baked pie shell - that's it, no more cooking.
  3. Optionally you may top with meringue, lightly brown the meringue.
