Ingredients:

  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup ice water

Directions:

  1. Whisk flour and salt together
  2. Add Shortening and using pastry blender (Don't overwork)
  3. Add water a little at time tossing with a fork until moist enough to roll out
