Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash beans.
  2. Place bouillon, chicken and beans in large pot with water.
  3. Boil; reduce to slow boil for 45 minutes.
  4. Sauté onion in oil and add tomatoes and thyme.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Pour tomatoes into bean pot.
  7. Continue to cook at a low boil; add sausage and chili powder.
  8. Let simmer for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
  9. After that time has passed, turn stove off and stir in the sherry.
  10. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
