Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in a steamer basket over boiling water.
  2. Cover saucepan and steam 15 minutes.
  3. Combine stock and onions in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sauté onions 6 minutes then remove from heat and stir in paprika.
  5. Turn on broiler.
  6. Combine potatoes, onions, yogurt, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
  7. Mash thoroughly and spread evenly in a shallow baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle cheese over top and broil about 3 minutes then serve warm.
