Ingredients:

  • 50 g butter
  • 600 ml milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Place butter, flour and milk in a saucepan.
  2. Using a whisk, stir over medium heat allowing sauce to thicken.
  3. Continue until smooth and thick then bring to the boil.
  4. Remove from heat and season.
