Gluten Free Mustard Marmalade Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp fiori di frutta seville organic orange fruit spread
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. 1. Combine vinegar, orange fruit spread, mustard and agave in a vita-mix and blend on high for 20 seconds.
  2. 2. With motor on low speed, drizzle in olive oil.
  3. 3. This will (hopefully) create an emulsion, you can see in photo of dressing above that it is thick.
  4. 4. Toss over salad greens.
  5. 5. Serve.
