Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Yeild 1 8x4 loaf
  2. Preheat oven 350
  3. Beat together butter, sugar (or honey), egg and banana. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Pour into greased 8x4 loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or when inserted toothpick comes out clean.
