Pamela's Products banana bread recipe. Gluten free.
Ingredients:
4 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs, large beaten
1 3/4 cups
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup turbinado sugar
2 med bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup walnuts
Directions:
1. Yeild 1 8x4 loaf
2. Preheat oven 350
3. Beat together butter, sugar (or honey), egg and banana. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Pour into greased 8x4 loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or when inserted toothpick comes out clean.
