Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve 1 package of jello in 1 cup boiling water and ice cream.
  2. Pour jello/ice cream mixture into a glass bowl or individual sherbets; chill for 1 hour.
  3. Meanwhile, mix together other package of jello and boiling water.
  4. When jello is dissolved, add 3/4 cup of cold water; set aside.
  5. Arrange peach slices on top of cold jello/ice cream mixture.
  6. Carefully spoon or pour the other jello mixture that you set aside on top of peaches.
  7. Refrigerate for 3 hours to set.
