Glazed Baby Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages (16 oz each) baby carrots
  • 1 jar (12 oz) orange marmalade

Directions:

  1. Place 1 in. of water in a large saucepan; add carrots. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. Drain carrots and place in a large serving bowl; stir in marmalade. Serve with a slotted spoon. Yield: 8 servings.
