Gingered Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375*
  2. Combine all dry ingredients, set aside.
  3. Cream butter, shortening, peanut butter and sugars.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, beat to combine.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients, stir to combine.
  6. Stir in chips and candied ginger.
  7. You can form these in 1 balls and crosshatch with a fork or make as drop cookies.
  8. Bake for about 8-10 minutes per batch.
  9. Makes about 4 dozen.
