Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tbsp molasses
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Stir together and spread on apple slices. Try spreading this on toasted whole wheat bread, then topping it with banana slices.
