Ingredients:

  • 2 1/3 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup molasses
  • 2/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together. Then add the remaining ingredients. Fill a mini-muffin pan about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
